SOME IDENTIFYING CHARACTERISTICS

found at the local convenience store, scoffing up the latest
copy of
various home magazines. They employ skilled methods to avoid
detection!
They're often sighted
at Public Open Houses. When approached by a Realtor, they
either slink toward the door or insist that they're only
looking for a cousin who's relocating from Tahiti.
If they call a Real Estate
office and the Realtor asks them any questions about themselves,
they develop a terrible case of coughing and hang up.

all shapes and sizes but they have a couple of things in

SOMEDAY. It may be next Spring, Summer, or even next year,
but just not yet! THEY ARE NOT READY TO COMMIT TO ACTIVELY
LOOKING.
So they INACTIVELY look.
